When you submit a scope form or contact us through this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, company, email address, phone number, and the details of your enquiry (equipment or asset, location, timeframe, and any message). We do not ask for sensitive personal data.

When you submit the scope form, the form is processed by a Cloudflare Pages Function and emailed to us at info@suac.co.tt through Resend, our email delivery provider. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that the form is submitted by a person and not by an automated script.

If you only browse the site, we collect limited, anonymous usage statistics through Cloudflare Web Analytics. This is cookieless: it does not set cookies, it does not fingerprint you, and it does not collect personal information. We use it to understand which pages are read and to improve the site.

We use your information only for the purposes for which you provided it. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and scope information for as long as needed to deal with your request and to meet our business and legal record-keeping needs, then we remove or anonymise it.
