The decision starts on the bench
A valve that will not seal does not tell you why from the outside. The repair-or-replace call should follow a strip-down, not a guess. We open the valve, inspect every component, and make the recommendation on what we find.
Refurbishment usually costs less than a new valve and gives you the asset back faster. When the strip-down says otherwise, we say so.
What we restore
Seats and sealing faces. Stems and packing. Pressure-containing bodies. We rebuild to specification, replace what cannot be dressed, and pressure test the assembled valve before it leaves. Every valve goes back with a written record of what was found, what was done, and what it tested at.
Any maker’s valve
We refurbish gate, ball and check valves whoever built them. Representing valve lines gives us factory knowledge and genuine parts access. It does not narrow what comes through the door.
When replacement is the answer
Sometimes the honest recommendation is a new valve. We supply the represented lines, so the replacement and the report come from the same accountable party. Either way, the decision stays yours.
