Iron moves faster than its paperwork
Treating iron passes between jobs, crews and yards. Its test history rarely keeps up. The only way to know a component still holds its rating is to test it, and the only test that counts is one with a record you can produce.
We pressure-test flow iron and pressure equipment hydrostatically, item by item, against the rating the duty requires. The record is the deliverable: what was tested, what pressure it held, and for how long.
What we test
Flow iron, pressure lines and pressure-containing equipment, for operators and the service contractors who run treating iron. Equipment that holds its test pressure is cleared. Equipment that does not is flagged before it goes anywhere near a job.
How we work
We receive and inspect the equipment, set up the hydrostatic test, and hold the rated pressure for the required duration. Every reading is recorded against the item. The testing runs in-country, so the iron is back in your yard in days, with its records.
