The equipment failure forgives least
Wellheads, Christmas trees and blowout preventer (BOP) equipment hold pressure on the well. Worn seals, eroded trim and damaged sealing faces eat at that integrity. Replacement is slow and costly. Flying the equipment out for service is slower still.
We do the work here. Strip-down, inspection, refurbishment and pressure testing, in-country, by people who handle this equipment as their trade.
What we restore
Sealing faces. Gate and ram seals. Trim and pressure-containing components. Equipment that holds its test pressure goes back on the well. Equipment that needs parts is repaired first, then tested before it leaves.
How we work
We assess the equipment and strip it down. Every component is inspected for wear and defects. We repair or replace what the inspection calls for, then pressure test the assembly and document the readings. The equipment goes back ready to run, with its record.
