Damaged metal, rebuilt in place
Erosion, corrosion, cavitation and chemical attack take metal off your equipment. The usual answer is to cut the asset out and replace it, which means a long lead time, a capital spend, and an outage nobody planned for. Often it is also the wrong call.
We rebuild the surface in place instead. Belzona systems are engineered polymeric and composite repair materials, applied cold, with no welding, no spark risk, and no hot-work permit. The repair restores the original tolerances and the seal, and the asset stays where it works.
The hands behind the chemistry
Our in-house Specialist has applied Belzona systems for more than 30 years. That experience decides how a repair is specified, how the surface is prepared, and whether the system will hold in the service it faces. SUAC is a sub-distributor under Belzona Caribbean, so the chemistry and the application sit under one roof.
What we repair
Tanks, vessels, pipework, flanges, pump casings, valve bodies, concrete plinths and structural steel. We repair pitting, wear, through-wall damage, chemical attack and failed sealing faces. The work runs onshore, offshore and in the splash zone, on live equipment.
How we work
We survey the asset on site and confirm what caused the damage. Surface preparation follows, profiled to what the system needs. We apply the material, control the cure, and check thickness and adhesion before the asset goes back to work. The repair and the readings are recorded at handover, in writing.
