Protection is cheaper than repair
Erosion-corrosion, chemical attack and metal loss thin the wall on tanks, pipework and pumps. Wait for the failure and you are buying a repair, an outage, and sometimes the asset. Coat the surface before the loss runs deep and the equipment simply keeps working.
We apply engineered linings and coatings on site, in place, with no hot work. Nothing comes out of service to be protected.
The chemistry is chosen, never assumed
We carry more than one repair chemistry: Belzona systems, ERS composite systems, and Professional Fluid Services resins. Selection follows the defect and the duty. A chemical-attack lining is not the same product as an erosion-resistant one, and we will not push one product at every problem.
What we coat
Tank floors and walls. Pipework internals. Pump casings and impellers. Process equipment in erosive or corrosive service. Planned programmes cover whole assets; single applications cover the one surface that is suffering.
How we work
We survey the asset and confirm the service conditions. Surface preparation follows, to the standard the system needs for a lasting bond. We apply the lining, control the cure, and check thickness and adhesion before the asset returns to service. Everything is recorded at handover.
